The purpose of this site is to provide homeowner residents with information relating to the issues within our community.  This site is dedicated to communicating neighborhood events, committee activities and enhancing the quality of life for all Westwood V Homeowners Association residents by promoting a safe, friendly and attractive community.  Additionally, this website will ensure that all residents will have ready access to information related to the Association and other useful links for the City of Lancaster, TX.

The homeowners of the Westwood V are proud of their neighborhood and they have created this Homeowners Association to help keep the Westwood V a wonderful place to live, to raise children and to call home.
